    1. Steep the Hibiscus:

Place the dried hibiscus petals or tea bags in a heat-safe jar or bowl.
Pour the boiling water over them. Cover and steep for 10 to 15 minutes.
🌿 Mindful Moment: Watch the water slowly deepen into rich ruby tones. Notice the scent blooming gently upward.
👧 Kid Prompt: “What colour is the tea turning? Berry red or sunset pink?”
💬 Prompt: “What does it feel like to watch something slowly transform?”
    2. Strain & Sweeten:

Strain out the petals or remove the tea bags.
Stir in the honey or maple syrup while still warm, if using. Let cool.
🌿 Mindful Moment: Stir slowly and notice the warmth softening the sweetness into the tea.
👧 Kid Prompt: “Does this smell fruity, floral, or cozy?”
💬 Prompt: “How does sweetness change the flavor or feeling?”
    3. Mix & Chill:

In a large glass or pitcher, combine the hibiscus infusion with the orange juice.
Chill for at least 30 minutes (or add ice if short on time).
🌿 Mindful Moment: Notice the colours blending together: vibrant, bright, refreshing.
👧 Kid Prompt: “Does this look like a sunset drink or a magical potion?”
💬 Prompt: “What feeling does this colour bring up for you?”
    4. Top with Bubbles:

Right before serving, pour over some sparkling water. Stir gently.
Garnish with a mint leaf, extra hibiscus petals or orange slices.
🌿 Mindful Moment: Pause and listen to the bubbles fizzing softly. Let the sound bring you into the moment.
👧 Kid Prompt: “Can you hear the tiny bubbles dancing?”
💬 Prompt: “What small sounds do you notice right now?”
    5. Serve with Pause:

Pour into glasses. Watch the bubbles. Sip with intention.
🌿 Mindful Moment: Take one slow sip. Feel the coolness and brightness move through your body.
👧 Kid Prompt: “Does this drink feel sparkly or calm?”
💬 Prompt: “Where do you feel this drink in your body?”
