  • cup Cane Sugar, plus extra for sprinkling
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Verbena Leaves, finely chopped
  • Zest of a Lemon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour or Oat Flour
  • tsp Salt

Method
